I was born in Trenton New Jersey. I went to High School at St. Anthony’s High School and was the math and science whiz at the time. My ambition then was to become a priest which essentially ended my science studies and I received a degree in Philosophy from St. Mary’s Seminary and University in Baltimore, Maryland. It was 1970 and the Viet Nam war was waging and I left the seminary and abandoned my draft deferment prior to ordination to enlist in the U.S.Army. After my enlistment, I entered law school in New Mexico and started my legal career as a prosecutor. I soon was put in charge of the Prosecution Division of the City of Albuquerque and started my studies in Management. I received my Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance in 1983. By that time I was the head of the Personnel and Public Safety Division of the Legal Department of the City of Albuquerque. I then had my own law firm for many years, was a partner in a small firm, was the Albuquerque office of a Los Angeles Law Firm and from June 1999 until April 2020 was the senior Associate with Will Ferguson & Associates.
I have been admitted to practice law since 1976 and have been admitted and had cases in State and Federal Courts including the United States Supreme Court. I had many years experience in General Civil Litigation and Employment/Labor cases but have focused on Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice and Wrongful Death cases for the last 25 years.
